• Entries for participation in the 63rd National Exhibition of Art are submitted after having accepted all the conditions for entry.
• The photographs of the works submitted as entries for the 63rd National Exhibition of Art are of original bonafide works which have been fully created by me after 1st January, 2020. They have not been displayed in any other National or International Exhibition nor won any award or prize.
• In case my entry is selected by the Jury, it will be an obligation on me to deposit the original exhibits corresponding to the selected photographs at the specified centre by the specified date on receipt of communication from the Akademi for its display in the National Exhibition.
• The decision of the Jury shall be accepted and honoured by me.
• I agree that I shall have no claim whatsoever against the Akademi in regard to exhibit(s) sent by me for the exhibition. The custodian of the centre will be free to dispose off the exhibit(s) if I fail to collect the same within 30 days on closure event. It shall be my responsibility to ascertain the arrival of the exhibit at the venue and to collect them from there.
